Voting Question: Is it legal to own a pygmy goat as a pet in the city of Corpus Christi?

I live in Nueces County, Texas and I am aware that there is certain rules about keeping livestock as pets in certain areas. I will not be using my goat for commercial uses (milk, meat, fiber...etc.) unless it is legal under city ordinances. I need to know if it is legal or not to keep an African Pygmy wether (neutered male) in my area. thank you *I have no problem caring for the animal and it will have all things necessary, also I live in a residential area, but with plenty of room. *I already checked to see if i could look up my city ordinances online, but I would have to go down to the secretary's office to view them....
