Resolved Question: Is 25 a good ACT score for schools in Texas?

I took the ACT in December and got a 25. Is it good enough to get into Baylor? Or maybe SHSU, SFA, UT Dallas, and TAMU Corpus Christi? If it's not, I'm thinking about taking the SAT again, I took it last May and got a 1610, which isn't that great. I think I can do better on it if I take it again. Also, my GPA is a 3.5, although I'm sure it is a little better than that, and I don't know what my class rank is because I switched schools this year and my high school doesn't re-rank until mid-Feb, although I'm certain I am at LEAST in the top 25%....
