CORPUS CHRISTI -- Police have closed two lanes of the Harbor Bridge northbound because of a major accident at the bottom of the bridge, including an RTA bus. Some on-ramps are still blocked, however. Police opened the I-37 on ramp around 6:15 p.m. Police say the RTA hit another vehicle from behind, sending a 10-year-old girl into the floor of the bus.
